REALTOR, MOM, MBA, PMP, ATHLETE, MILITARY ADVOCATE
Candice's passion for real estate began at an early age. As a child she would skip the cartoon section of the paper and go straight for the real estate listings sections. This habit continued as her family moved frequently and she felt this was her best way to learn about the new area she lived in. The love of real estate grew into a passion for helping friends and family acquire or sell homes by researching the process and guiding them through it...free of charge! As an adult, Candice moved through a variety of careers from Landscaping to Administrative work with a sidelined passion for art. Candice was born and (mostly) raised in Montana but with a love of the ocean!
One day following an icy storm Candice realized that she really wanted to be somewhere warm, a place that she didn’t have to brave ice storms just to get an education.
In just 6 months she was on a plane to Hawaii to continue her business school education at the University of Hawaii. Candice would go on to graduate from University of Hawaii and return to Montana with her new spouse to be close to family. While raising her 2 babies Candice earned her MBA, Certificate in Entrepreneurship, Real Estate license and later Project Management Certification all while at the time a military spouse. The family together would relocate to Washington state and later Hawaii. Candice spends her time between the two states to maintain her career and to keep her family stable. In recent years as a result of her 13 years she had spent as a spouse Candice has been involved as a government advocacy for the military community. As result of her efforts she helped 2 laws be passed. Inspired by the warrior mindset of the military she is an active volunteer and competitive Spartan (obstacle course racing) athlete. Candice draws on both of these passions for creative solutions to real estate problems. In 2017 Candice decided she should combine her business knowledge, love of great architecture and deep desire to help others and become a real estate agent.
“I truly enjoy being a match-maker and connecting my clients with homes they love.” “I want my clients to enjoy the process of selling their home and feel like they have won the game. I handle as much of the stress as they will let me! Seeing a smiling client at the end of a transaction is my goal every time.” -Candice Day 2020
